6-Wicket Open Singles Tournament
February 15-16, 2014
We are pleased to announce the 2014 NCC Open 6 Wicket Club Tournament on February 15-16, 2014. This tournament will be open to all USCA members. The format will be American Rules with 75 minute games. The tournament will be a sanctioned event.
There will be a Championship flight, first flight or more depending on the number of participants. Higher handicap players are encouraged to enter since there will be higher handicap flights. Flight selections will be determined by handicap. Depending on the number of entrants, flights will consist of blocks of five. Four games or less will be scheduled on Saturday February 15th to determine those advancing to the play offs and finals on Sunday.
Social amenities will consist of a cocktail party on Friday 4:30-6:30 February 14th in the upstairs banquet room. We will preview the flights and scheduled games. Continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings and a buffet lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
We are looking forward to hosting this tournament. Players will have access to a club that can boast of some of the finest croquet lawns, one of the nicest clubhouses and excellent SandyJames Fine Food Catering.
